This article analyzes the historical and methodological development of Islamic law from the Prophetic period, the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, the formation of schools of jurisprudence, the period of taqlid, to modern reform and legal codification. This study employs a qualitative library research method with a historical-jurisprudential approach. The findings indicate that Islamic law developed through a dialectical relationship between revelation, legal reasoning, religious authority, and social realities. During the Prophetic period, law was formed through revelation with a gradual approach that considered social conditions. After the Prophet's death, ijtihad expanded and generated methodological diversity that later crystallized into legal schools. In the modern period, Islamic law underwent transformation through tajdid, family-law reform, and the positivization of selected fiqh norms into state law. Islamic law therefore combines thabat in its fundamental principles with murunah in its application and development.
Suaib Daulay, Yudhi Prabowo Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://rumahjurnal.iaintakengonaceh.ac.id/index.php/mbz/article/view/566 Wed, 16 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Digital Marketing Dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Kualitas Pendapatan Umkm https://rumahjurnal.iaintakengonaceh.ac.id/index.php/mbz/article/view/567
This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and product innovation on the income quality of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector of Central Aceh Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The study used a quantitative method with a population of all culinary MSME actors located at Sanggamara Field, Tugu Aman Dimot City Park, and Inen Mayak Teri City Park. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 81 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on income quality (regression coefficient 0.250; sig 0.016), and product innovation also has a positive and significant effect (regression coefficient 0.461; sig 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect MSME income quality with an R Square value of 0.267, meaning that 26.7% of the variation in income quality is explained by digital marketing and product innovation, while the remaining 73.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study. This study recommends that MSME actors optimize digital marketing and continuously innovate their products to achieve stable, sustainable income quality that is consistent with Islamic economic principles
Nurfadilah Nurfadilah, Ainiah Ainiah, Upi Sopiah Ahmad Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://rumahjurnal.iaintakengonaceh.ac.id/index.php/mbz/article/view/567 Wed, 01 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Gender Interaction (Ikhtilaṭ) in Online Gaming from the Perspective of the Qur'an: A Thematic Interpretation Study https://rumahjurnal.iaintakengonaceh.ac.id/index.php/mbz/article/view/568
Juristic discourse on ikhtilaṭ has been built almost entirely around physical space: who may share a room, a classroom, or a workplace with whom. Online multiplayer gaming dissolves that premise, since players who never occupy a common physical space nonetheless interact intensively through voice chat, avatars, and teamwork, and empirical research documents that women in these environments face sustained sexual and general harassment. This article asks what the Qur'an actually regulates when it addresses cross-gender interaction, whether that regulation can be applied to environments without shared physical space, and what normative framework follows for Muslim participation in online gaming. Using the thematic (mawḍūʿī) method of interpretation, it assembles a corpus of twenty-one verses on cross-gender interaction, reads them against classical and contemporary exegetical works, and analyses them alongside peer-reviewed research on gender in online games and on digital Islamic practice. The study finds, first, that the Qur'an nowhere prohibits cross-gender presence as such and contains no term corresponding to the juristic category of ikhtilaṭ; second, that it regulates four elements of conduct rather than space, namely gaze, speech, consent to enter another's domain, and the trajectory towards illicit intimacy; and third, that its narratives depict licit and purposeful cross-gender interaction. The article argues that Qur'anic regulation of gender interaction is conduct-based rather than space-based, and proposes the concept of conduct-governed interaction to show why the Qur'anic framework becomes more, not less, applicable once physical separation ceases to be available.
Isroq yoga, Irhas Irhas Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://rumahjurnal.iaintakengonaceh.ac.id/index.php/mbz/article/view/568 Mon, 25 May 2026 00:00:00 +0000 The Role of Gayo Customary Law in Supporting the Effectiveness of Aceh Qanun No. 9 of 2015 on the Implementation of Education https://rumahjurnal.iaintakengonaceh.ac.id/index.php/mbz/article/view/569
Aceh Qanun No. 9 of 2015, which amends Qanun No. 11 of 2014 on the Implementation of Education, obliges students to dress Islamically, stay free of narcotics, and avoid pornography, and prohibits educators, education personnel, and students from brawling, smoking, dressing improperly, communicating improperly, and misusing gadgets during instruction. It assigns no institution to these norms beyond the school and provides no sanction, leaving a gap between a provincial norm and the community in which conduct actually occurs. This article asks what the qanun regulates and where it is institutionally silent, what Gayo customary law offers at those points, and what legal basis exists for connecting them. It uses a normative juridical design combining statutory, conceptual, and analytical approaches, reading the qanun and related regional legislation against peer-reviewed scholarship on Gayo adat and on legal pluralism in Aceh. The analysis yields three findings. The qanun's conduct provisions are stated as prohibitions without addressees, procedures, or consequences beyond the classroom. Gayo customary law supplies at those precise points a behavioural vocabulary, the four categories of sumang governing speech, gaze, movement, and sitting, together with an institution, the Sarak Opat, that already exercises recognised jurisdiction over such conduct. Existing legislation on customary institutions and the qanun's own clauses on local excellence education and local content books provide the legal channel for the connection. The article argues that adat contributes to the qanun's effectiveness not as supplementary content but as normative translation and jurisdictional complement.
Salwani Salwani, Nurlaila Nurlaila Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://rumahjurnal.iaintakengonaceh.ac.id/index.php/mbz/article/view/569 Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0000
