Rekonstruksi Model Ketahanan Sosial Komunitas Berbasis Konsep Al-wiqayah dalam Kitab Ad-da' wa Ad-dawa'
Abstract
The penetration and normalization of deviant sexual behaviors (LGBT) in Indonesia generate a societal dilemma between reactive moral panic and collective apathy driven by structural permissiveness. This study aims to reconstruct a community social resilience model by integrating the preventive concept of Al-Wiqayah from Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah's classical work, Ad-Da' wa ad-Dawa'. Employing a qualitative approach with integrative content analysis and social hermeneutics, this research translates classical psycho-spiritual doctrines into the social engineering framework of Islamic Community Development (PMI). The findings reveal that Al-Wiqayah operates through three substantive pillars: Sadd adz-Dzari'ah (blocking social risk avenues), Bi'ah Shalihah (fostering healthy social cohesion), and Tazkiyat al-Ijtima' (reinforcing informal social control via families, mosques, and traditional village institutions). The reconstructed Al-Wiqayah resilience model establishes a primary prevention mechanism that empowers community defenses without resorting to physical violence. The strategic implications emphasize the necessity of revitalizing PMI methodological paradigms, transforming classical turats into systematic instruments for community empowerment and social prevention in Indonesia.
